Vincent Lanza started Environmental Construction Company in 1979. He is a graduate of Ramapo College with a degree in Environmental Science. Starting off doing additions, dormers, and roofing, He built his first home in 1982.
Originally located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, the main office was relocated to Ringwood, New Jersey in 1982, in a 11,500 square foot commercial building which was built for his families' ownership. The corporate office still remains there today. As a real estate investor and developer, Vinnie oversees a full time staff to assist him in the over all business operations such as accounting, drafting, development, permits, estimating, sales, and marketing.
The actual building and construction projects are supervised by Vinnie and well-trained job supervisors, many of whom are fully certified and licensed as builders themselves. Our construction crews are some of the finest craftsmen in New Jersey, which, when combined has more than 100 years of building experience, ensuring your home will be built to the specifications of your choosing.
In addition to new construction, Environmental Construction Company also specializes in renovations to existing homes and commercial buildings, through out Northern New Jersey and Orange County New York. |
